Too many people believe that an individual’s health equation involves just two factors, genetics and age, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! There are millions of variables that can elevate or diminish our health both short and long-term, and the vast majority of them are modified by little choices that we all make every day. That’s where I come in. While our genetics play a role in determining the best strategy for each of us to get healthier, our DNA does not have the final say in just how healthy we can be! The Prescription Wellness approach takes this into account, so it’s not a one-size fits all program. Rather it is an individually tailored plan to help you implement life changes that are safe, effective and most importantly, sustainable for you.
Using cutting edge nutrigenomic testing (genetic tests that show how your body specifically utilizes nutrients) along with our personal deep-dive sessions, I get to know you, your story, and your goals. Then, focusing on nutrition primarily, in addition movement, rest, stress management, daily health habits and custom supplement recommendations based on your genetic panels, I put together a series of customized, actionable steps to guide you to achieving your desired level of health. If I haven't made this obnoxiously clear yet, this whole process is about you. We move at a pace that is as slow as makes you comfortable or as fast as you can sustain. You decide how much or how little you want check-ins and assistance. Think of me as your health and wellness concierge.
